Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 working day after payment is received.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Times

• All products are shipped directly from the UK.

• Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days.

• Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as Christmas and Black Friday.

3. Delivery Costs

• Shipping is currently free to all UK addresses.

4. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

• If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the parcel is not collected from the courier/postal depot, we cannot guarantee a refund or free reshipment.

5. Delayed or Missing Orders

• If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of your order date, please contact us at info@thrivewithkins.com with your order number.

• We will investigate with the courier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or a full refund.
