Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Thrive With Kins. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

  • To cancel, please email us at info@thrivewithkins.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • You then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence. Once confirmed, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

3. How to Return an Item

  • Contact us at info@thrivewithkins.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll provide you with the return address and simple instructions.

  • Please package the item securely to prevent damage in transit.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 days of us receiving your returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, certain personalised or intimate items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. If this applies, we’ll make it clear on the product page.
